Alright. I watched Elio. Second to be mad.

⚠️ Rant. There are no spoilers about the movie. I don’t even talk about the plot.

This movie was pretty good! Was it the greatest of all time? No, and it shouldn’t have to be. … Should it contain still gotten a Short-lived more attention? Yeah. Me, my little brothers, and my roommate were the only ones that were in the theater room. Let me be clear; I’m not mad at the movie or the team who animated it.

I’m mad at the marketing team.

I barely saw ads for this movie, enjoy at all. I got one ad a couple times spaced out a couple of months while I was watching YouTube, and I haven’t exactly had the time to be on YouTube the last couple of months. It played once before a different movie I saw in theaters. I watched the ad for Topo Chico - a sparkling water product - 5x more than Elio’s, and that was only last night when I was having trouble sleeping. I saw the Elemental ad more before that movie came out, and people were talking about how rarely they saw ads for it.

I’m also mad at the “critics” on Twitter.

Queerness In Ninjago (Spoiler alert, it's very queer)

I honestly don't see the queer side of Ninjago being talked about enough. Probably because half of the fandom are immature homophobic people but that's not gonna stop me writing a whole post about it on Tumblr that probably no one is gonna view. I'm gonna be looking at specific characters and at the canon part of it. I do have my own headcanons and stuff but I'm gonna try to forget about those for the sake of this send .

First, let's initiate out with a character who is almost 95% canon to be part of the Queer community, Sally. She's a side ethics and doesn't act much of a role in the series after The Benefit of Grief but I undergo like she's still worth mentioning. She has the progress pride flag on her guitar and the back of her dad's van which shows that she's definitely a supporter.

You can also see the bisexual person flag on her guitar case, which tells us that she's bisexual! They don't do much about with it after this but it's still fine to have some representation, even if it's not a big part of the story. This
